Advanced training: Pilates – machines

This immersive week is dedicated to the in-depth study of the four main Pilates apparatus: Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Spine Corrector .
It will allow you to expand your expertise by understanding how each tool supports posture, strengthens stability, and develops fluid and intelligent mobility.

Designed for instructors looking to enrich their teaching, this training will guide you in creating coherent and comprehensive programs tailored to the real needs of your students.
You will learn to observe postural patterns , make precise adjustments, and develop a holistic and therapeutic to movement—not by making sessions more difficult, but more accurate, precise, and effective.

This week of immersion will be structured around practice, observation, exchanges and personal progress, in a supportive and demanding atmosphere.

  • To deepen technical mastery of the four Pilates apparatus.
  • Understanding the links between the different tools and their complementarity in postural work.
  • Knowing how to observe, adjust and correct your students according to their morphology, mobility and alignment.
  • Create fluid, balanced, and progressive sequences.
  • Develop your touch, your intention, and your confidence in making adjustments.
  • Deepen your anatomical knowledge and understanding of postural imbalances.

Training content

This intensive 30-hour week offers a complete immersion in the principles of Pilates on equipment. You will discover:

  • The technical fundamentals and advanced variations of the Cadillac, the Chair and the Spine Corrector.
  • Specific exercises promoting stability, mobility, and functional strength.
  • Analysis of muscular and postural chains for a better understanding of the body.
  • The creation of customized sequences based on the needs, pathologies and objectives of clients.
  • Educational tools to strengthen your intuition and accuracy in transmission.
